It took Tom Hutton over 20 years to realise that he didn't look good in a suit and tie, and less than 5 minutes to resign from a successful career in sales and marketing to concentrate on his writing and photography. He's since won awards for his writing and his pictures, and has travelled extensively both in the UK and abroad. He contributes to most of the UK's outdoor magazines and he has also written a number of walking, climbing and cycling guidebooks.
