David Foster writes about outdoor recreation and rural issues. His work has featured in the Daily Telegraph, Times, Independent and Express, and he also works for clients like Ordnance Survey and the Campaign to Protect Rural England.
A native of Surrey, he crossed the border with his wife in 1987 and has lived in Hampshire ever since. David’s New Forest and Isle of Wight titles are amongst Crimson’s best-selling walking guides, and he regularly helps to update other Pathfinder titles throughout southern England.
